Dark slide light leaks are usually caused by the baffle wearing out. To prevent the leak from reoccurring simply have the baffle replaces or put black tape over the dark slide slot.

What Mike says is completely correct, assuming that the leak is from the darkslide slot.

Just let me point out that the Mamiya press system backs are infamous for the back to body light seals deteriorating. Have a good look at the "foam" seals on your film back. Are they still foam, or have they turned to "goo"?

The back seals are available (reasonably priced!) from Mamiya.

You can also get the baffle seals from Mamiya. A complete set of seals runs about $10 (I just bought some).
