Kodak Premium Processing still does Stereo Realist slide mounting and
processing at their Fairlawn, NJ plant
I just spoke with Kodak Customer Rep "John" in Fairlawn, NJ who
confirmed this and said there is no addirional processing charge for
stereo. In the special instructions box mark "Stereo Realist for
Fairlawn" to speed up the process.

Unless Kodak has just changed their price sheet, stereo processing
costs an additional $4.20. Also, according to the previous
instructions given to the NSA, it should be marked "Stereo
Processing and Mounting" not "Stereo Realist for Fairlawn". Call
1-800-345-6973 ext 428 for details.
