This rangefinder camera is a relatively rare press style camera with a coupled rangefinder with parallax
compensation, sporting
Schneider lenses using a bayonet mount (see above optics). The format is 2 1/4" x 3 1/4".
The synchro-compur shutter features speeds from 1/400th second to 1 second. Most interestingly,
the camera back not only swiveled around, but also provided some limited tilt movements (see
the mamiya 23 series camera for related ideas). The camera was only made in a relatively limited
time frame (circa 1949-1953, though many new cameras were still in stock through the 1950s).
Unfortunately, the camera is relatively rare and commands a premium price, partly due to the
quality of the highly regarded Schneider lenses made for it.
